1.   General description:

This HIM-S-6 sandwich panel lamination line is designed to produce EPS and heat-insulation sandwich panel; Variety of roofing panel shapes with EPS core.

2.   Material

2.1 Steel sheets

2.1.1       facer sheets:

Color steel sheets: It is 0.2-0.6mm in thickness and 1250 mm or 1000 mm in width.

Steel coil inner diameter: 500mm, 600mm. For other specification, need to be equipped with coil clamp.

Steel coil weight: 3mt 5mt. epoxy galvanized layer; surface coating wont fall off after bending.

2.1.2       blanking plate:

Thickness: 0.2 0.6mm, width shows as following chart: (±1mm)

Steel coil: diameter 500 600mm, weight of coil is maximum 1.2 MT.

2.2 Core material

2.2.1       EPS material

Density is16kg/m³, tolerance of straightness is ≤1 mm/m and radian is ≤ 3mm/m.

Width: 1150± 1mm (for joint sandwich panel)

1200± 1mm (for H shape sandwich panel, roofing panel)

Unit length 5m, level off surface, tolerance is 1.5mm/m.

Thickness:

Material should be self extinguish, oxy index is 30.

Other standard of EPS panel should meet CB10801.

2.2.2       Mineral wool material:

Strip length 60mm, Vertical Arrange,

For glass wool, density is 64kg/m³,

For rock Wool, the density is 100kg/m³.

Width of insulation panel: (±1mm)

Other standard refers to EPS.

2.3 Glue

Cohesive strength of PU glue 10n/cm².
